Shipping
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 days depending on your location. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.  

Returns
I want you to love your wreath. If you are not fully satisfied, non-custom wreaths may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.  

Exchanges & Custom Orders
Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me right away so I can make it right. 

How to Start a Return
Email me at sam@bloomandthreshold.com with your order number and I'll send you return instructions. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
